Sue Waymouth– Fair Director of Aotearoa Art Fair

Sue Waymouth was recently announced as the Fair Director of the Aotearoa Art Fair, New Zealand’s premier event for contemporary art. Sue served as the VIP Liaisons Manager for the Fair in 2024, where her marketing experience and connections to collectors in Auckland and across regional New Zealand played a pivotal role in the Fair's success. Having worked in corporate marketing roles and with her involvement in the arts industry, as the Co-Chair of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki Contemporary Benefactors and a past trustee of the Michael Hill Violin International Competition, Sue has a wealth of knowledge of the artworld and is passionate about collecting art and supporting artists and galleries in Aotearoa.

Aotearoa Art Fair

Aotearoa Art Fair, New Zealand’s premier event for contemporary art, returns to Auckland’s Viaduct Events Centre, from 1 – 4 May 2025. One of the most significant art events in New Zealand’s cultural calendar, the Fair welcomes thousands of local and international visitors each year.

The Fair spotlights the breadth and diversity of contemporary art in our region, bringing together leading galleries from New Zealand and Australia to showcase a range of works by emerging and established artists.

Simran Saseve-Dale–General Manager My ART

Simran Saseve-Dale is General Manager at My ART. She has worked with galleries, arts organisations and alongside artists for many years and is also Engagement Manager at McCahon House. "I'm fortunate to have been able to build a career around the things I truly love - and making art more accessible is a key driver in what I do. Whether that be by creating opportunities for people to experience and connect with exhibitions and artists, or by bringing art into their homes, expanding the audience for arts in Aotearoa is truly a passion project for me."

My ART

My ART offers collectors interest-free loans to buy art from New Zealand and Australia’s leading galleries. My ART takes the hassle out of time payments and alleviates the financial pressures on all parties. My ART reduces the risks of long term lay-buys for galleries and artists and emboldens people to buy the work they really want.

“All kinds of people are using My ART, from first time buyers to established collectors, who often use it to give them more time to pay off a large purchase. “ The profits from My ART are returned to the community via charitable donations to art organisations around New Zealand Aotearoa.
