The wreck enacts a dual estrangement. The painting dislocates the familiar, inverting value and colour so the object resists easy visual registration. Viewed through a QR-initiated app, estrangement deepens: the device mediates the image, returning it toward familiarity yet keeping it always displaced, refracted through digital encounter.
