Terebella, a burrow-dwelling worm that feeds on debris; not unlike Fooks. It constructs its ‘tube’ by embedding fragments of shells and stones. Just as the adornment of the tube is determined by the interception of creature and habitat, Fooks is preoccupied by the relation between art and environment.
Artist: Cat Fooks
Materials: Oil and mixed media
