Walker & Hall Waiheke Art Award 2026
Exhibitions
The artists, themselves island-dwellers, reference island heritage from Scotland and Sweden. Island life can foster a tangibly felt relationship to the sea, not simply as a physical place of livelihood, but also a subjective space where myths, stories and life’s changes unfold, revealing a deeper connection to nature.
