Tūī (Prosthemadera novaeseelandiae) are unique to New Zealand, an iconic bird that belongs to the Honeyeater family, which means they feed mainly on nectar from flowers of native plants. Shown here in conjunction with colourful Flax flowers which is a favourite of the Tūī .
