Check out the Gallery Events page and book soon! In October, Waiheke photographer extraordinaire Pete Rees will be presenting a Talk and Workshop. Thursday 3 October and Saturday 12 October.
A talk by Peter Rees on his working process in both personal and commercial photography. Pete will share his experience and creative approach with practical on-screen demonstrations of software processing techniques. The talk will be followed by a Q and A session and refreshments.
“The dramatic contrasts in light and atmosphere created in mountain and coastal environments have drawn me to travelling and working in these areas. The experience of sailing, tramping and being in the landscape is fundamental to the way I approach drawing, painting and, of course, photography.” - Pete Rees

Learn how to use your phone camera to create great photos. Even though phone image ‘quality’ is quite poor compared to many other conventional cameras this workshop will teach to be creative with those limitations.
The benefit of using your phone for photography is that you always have it with you, it is discreet, and the limitations are also a strength–you really have to get creative to make the images work!
This workshop is limited to 10 places so book soon.
