Please check www.waihekeartgallery.org.nz after 10am on Saturday 28th February for venue confirmation.
Your ticket is required for entry into the event.
Gates open at 4:30pm.
General admission: Limited parking is available onsite. Street parking on Hauraki Road, Coromandel Road or park at Matiatia and catch the shuttle at 4:35pm (must be pre-booked).
Premium admission: Priority parking is included in your ticket and you will be directed to your car park. Shuttle transfers (if required) must be pre-paid and will be provided as follows:
• Catch the 4pm Fullers ferry from the city which connects to the shuttle transfer
• Shuttle departs from the venue at 8:30pm for the 9:30pm Fullers ferry.
Alcohol will not be served to minors.
The evening’s programme may be amended by the event organisers (Waiheke Island Rotary) to ensure the best concert on the day. Cancellations: A wet weather venue has been confirmed so the event will not be cancelled.
Event and shuttle tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
If unforeseen circumstances lead to the event being cancelled, event tickets will be refunded less credit card fees however shuttle tickets are non-refundable.
