Emma Hughes had a successful career as a photographer for 25 years, working mainly in the domestic market of wedding and portrait photography. Although she is officially ‘retired’ from this industry, she continues to create fine art photography, alongside her passion for abstract and figurative paintings.

She currently works part-time at WCAG while she completes her studies for a Bachelor of Visual Arts at AUT.
